Robert "Duke" Bradley, Former Executive Director (In Memorial)
The community of Chelsea was shocked and saddened to learn of the loss of CCTV's Executive Director for over 30 years. Duke Bradley had been the Executive Director of CCTV since its inception in January of 1988. Through the years the city, as well as the station, has seen many changes. However, one thing remained constant, and that was his dedication and commitment to providing the community with quality coverage of all the events that make-up the unique and diverse dynamic of Chelsea.
As a member of the community, Duke also served as the President of the Council on Aging, Vice President of the CHS Alumni Club and had been a longtime board member of CAPIC. He was also an active member of the Chamber of Commerce. Duke was the host of the popular show "Chelsea Forum" which promoted the endeavors of local organizations, school based programs and historical perspectives. But he was most comfortable and often seen with a camera on his shoulder at many of the citywide events. He always enjoyed getting out with the people in the community and had a unique eye for production value.
In his time of service, he acquired quite an extensive library of hardware and awards, citations, certificates of appreciation and local and state proclamations. He was a beloved lifelong resident of Chelsea and continued to host a regular show up until his final days in office. His ultimate achievement was serving as host of the live municipal election shows. He was not only an advocate for the many changes, hopes and dreams that the candidates could provide Chelsea, but also a good friend and support to the City Councilors and School Committee members all through their terms.
We at CCTV will continue to strive to keep Chelsea Cable TV at the esteemed level he created and to use the skills, kindness and love for the city that he displayed to make the station and our community even better. He was very proud of CCTV and we, his co-workers and friends, were very proud of him.

Paula Batchelor, Executive Director
A 1983 graduate of Boston College, Paula has successfully worn many hats since starting with CCTV in 1988. She laid the groundwork for many areas of the station; including the incorporation of sponsorships and studio design. Her duties include "running the office"; payroll, taxes, reports and studio and office management. However, her love for the station is evident in the creative process. Paula enjoys producing local programming and has implemented some of our best work. A "jack-of-all-trades", she is the glue that has kept CCTV running for over 25 years. She is very excited to take on her newest job title As Web Designer she provides the community with a web version of the excellent programming that emanates from CCTV.
Paula is pleased to take over the reigns of Executive Director and looks forward to moving CCTV forward with new technology and innovations in cable broadcasting.
